Mankind Pharma has completed the sale of its entire 100 per cent stake in Broadway Hospitality Services to AKRK Projects LLP and its partners for βΉ49 crore.
In a regulatory filing, the company said the transaction was completed on August 31, 2026. Following the transfer, Broadway Hospitality Services has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Mankind Pharma with effect from the same date.
The company had first disclosed the proposed divestment in a filing dated July 11, 2026, stating that the total consideration for the transaction would be βΉ49 crore, subject to closing adjustments.
The latest filing confirms the completion of the transaction and transfer of Mankind Pharmaβs 100 per cent stake in Broadway Hospitality Services to AKRK Projects LLP and its partners.
